How To Style Minimal Hoops
A Style for Every Occasion
I have a pair of minimal hoops in my drawer that I am obsessed with! They’re my no-fuss, go-with-everything option that my hand just gravitates towards no matter the occasion. It’s not hard to guess that the hoops I’m referring to are the Manhattan hoops from Noho; I mean what’s not to love about these stunners? They’re simple gold hoops that always make a statement. Here are some of my favorite ways to style them:
- For Lunch With the Girls:
When I meet up with my girls, I always want to stay comfortable and somewhat casual, so we can hunker down and catch up for hours at a stretch. For these days I always grab my favorite pair of light-wash jeans, a simple white or pastel oversized button down, a pair of crisp white sneakers, my favorite Please Me Mac lipstick and of course my Manhattan hoops; simple, comfy, and fun!
- For a Night Out with My Bae:
When it comes to date night, I like to change up my look depending on the events, but almost any look I go for can be paired with my hoops. My favorite kinds of night include dinner followed by a long night of fun conversation. For those nights, I always wear black! Black dress, black wide legged pants with a black tucked in T, black anything! You know what goes great with black? Gold! I slip into the all-black ensemble, put on my Manhattans, a pair of simple mules and finish the look with a bright red lipstick; my favorite is NARS’ Starwoman.
- For My Beach-Vacay Vibe Look:
Whether I’m actually going on a beachy vacation or just heading to the beach with my friends, it’s always fun to keep the vibe strong with my outfit. I pull out my favorite neon-esque leaf-printed matching separates from Zara out of my closet, put on a pair of jelly flip flops, my Manhattan hoops, my favorite reflective gold sunnies and finish the look with a generous slather of sun block!
- For Eid With the Fam:
Of course, these hoops can be desi-fied too! My Eid looks are often as simple as can be. I like to stick to solid colors; either jewel toned or neutral, to make a simple, yet impactful statement. All you need done is a blowdry and some statement jewelry! I usually go for my favorite flowered Soma chappals and gold hoops and I’m all ready!
There you have it! My favorite ways to style my all-time favorite earrings!
